a. Nora - It's sounds smooth, like the person would have a crackly smooth voice. Oh wait, Norah Jones.
b. Richard - I never got how this name apparently shortens to Dick.
c. Jennifer - These names always relate to actors. I think of women's shirts.
d. Cassandra - I always thought that this name looked unaesthetically pleasing, but it sounds fine.
e. Brad - It's a name which doesn't roll off one's tongue. I am very sorry if that is your name.
f. Phil - -lip. It's actually one of the few nice commonly shortened names.
g. Luke - I always wondered how the term lukewarm had arisen.
