Un-Fixing The Issue

My school elevators are silent, awkwardly silent even. The poor people who get injured at school and have to take the lift are stuck in dangerous amounts of silence with teachers. To add to this, they are even questioned to the nth time on how they became injured, etc. This worries me and I'm going to fix it.
