Mr linguist is called Joe. Joe used to be a famous actor but now he is poor and trying to be smart, even though he is terrible at what he does. He lives on his own after recently breaking up with his girlfriend Delilah.
The astronaut is named Chris. He daydreams all the time, about beaches and swimming and rainbows. He makes up stories in his head.
The documentary filmmaker is called Maria. She lives in the mountains of France and makes films on nature. She wears glasses and colourful scarves.
Maria happens to be in Sydney, Australia while filming for her new film. And Chris and Joe live here.
Now, someone is breaking into Chris's house while is is at work. He lives on his own so there is no one home. Maria happens to be walking by. She grabs her camera and tiptoes closer to catch the culprit.
It's Joe! He is in the bedroom and finds some money hidden in a drawer. Maria films him from outside the window but he is too absorbed in his stealing to see her.
Joe makes his way outside. Maria follows him but he suddenly turns around and sees her.
Just then Chris comes home early from work and sees the two people outside his house.
Chris - "What's happening here?"
Maria - "This man was stealing from your house"
Joe - "Don't you know me? I'm Joe Tribbiani!"
Chris - "Why, you are! But what the hell are you doing stealing from me?"
Joe - "Please don't get mad! I'm poor, I have no money, and you are a rich astronaut"
Chris - "Hmm. Well give me my money back"
Maria - "You know, you should sue him. I have proof of what he did"
Joe - "Oh please no. I have nothing to give you"
Chris - "Well you have broken the law. You deserve to be punished"
Maria - "What kind of punishment should he get?"
Chris - "Well what do you think?"
Chris - "Well what do you think?"
Joe - "Don't punish me! I'll do something for you! I'll make you a famous actor!"
Chris - "Pfft. I don't want fame."
Maria - "What do you want?"
Chris - "To be honest, all I want a holiday"
Joe - "Well, then you need money. Hey, I have an idea!"
Maria - "Let's hear it"
Joe - "You're a filmmaker right?"
Maria - "Yes"
Joe - "Well I'm an actor. Why don't we make a movie together?"
Chris - "I don't see how I come in"
Joe - "You can help us. Be our producer or something. Or scriptwriter"
Chris - "I could do that"
PROBLEM SOLVED
Now Joe, Maria and Chris are all rich from the movie's success :D
