Banana Pancakes

I can't say that I'm an expert on these delectable specimens, but one has to start somewhere...right? It is only when one get to know something [breathe] as well as every curve and loop on the front of their hand, is when [breathe] they learn to appreciate the importance of their chosen field.

Can we actually learn to appreciate everything on a nearly-equal basis? Say you are God (just pretend) and you have the choice to omit anything from the world, tangible or intangible. Maybe you take away war, poverty, maybe banana pancakes, or even...dare I say, peanut butter.

What would the world be like without banana pancakes? There is some inkling in the back of your head telling you that a world without banana pancakes is a much worse world than without war. If you took butterflies away, you might be preventing typhoons in the Atlantic oceans but then all butterfly jokes would not exist.

Q: What happens when you throw butter out the window?
A: Butterfly.

If you made time travelling, appreciation and regret have a child. It would be peanut butter. Just sayin'.
