2) count backwards eg.6.50am - you count 5,4,3,2,1.50 etc
3) get to 9 hours
4) look at the clock
5) if it's already past that time, you suck. get a move on - and aim for 8 hours sleep.
6) otherwise you are awesome and going to get 9 hours sleep
joy is a rower and is going to get 8 hours sleep tonight if she goes to bed in 10 minutes.
